DOMESTIC SHIPMENT POLICY

Le Bon HK aims to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Purchased items will be deliver within 5 business days with our delivery team. Customers must present to sign the parcel.

We only deliver items out Monday through Friday. We offer FREE delivery (Single Location Only) for purchases over HKD 400.

Delivery service is limited to Hong Kong commercial and residential address only, Delivery is not available to restricted areas.
Delivery service of 12 bottles or above is only available to the addresses with lift service. In the event of a lift breakdown, Le Bon HK has the right to make arrangements to deliver the goods at another time.
Delivery service will be suspended when typhoon signal No.8 or above or a red and black rain warning is hoisted. In this event customers will be contacted to re-schedule delivery time. It is the responsibility of the customer to notify us immediately of any change to their delivery address. If customer is not available to accept delivery at the nominated delivery time, or refused to sign for the delivery. Le Bon HK has the right to refuse to deliver the parcel and charge additional delivery fee for next delivery.
If customers require any special services for your items, please include a note with your order so that we can accommodate you.
If your parcel clearly shows signs of damage or leakage at the time of delivery. It should not be accepted and please return the goods to us.
