This edition is more smooth than the Intense Arabica, that was bottled at 44%. The Harmony Collection was inspired by the Ethiopian Arabica coffee bean. In this anual series, Macallan explores durability in single malt making and they journey into the world of the coffee beans from field to cup, revealing the process and flavors each step along the way. The brand sought to explore more eco-friendly and sustainable packaging via the way of natural materials. The new release sets to seek out the best coffee experts to integrate the discarded coffee bean husks into the packaging itself. The first release in the collection consists of the Macallan Fine and the Rich Cacao.
